Multidisciplinary Creative
Bio: Om is a 22-year-old African American multidisciplinary creative, strategist, and full-time art student pursuing a B.A. in Studio Arts at Metropolitan State University, after earning an A.F.A. from Minneapolis Technical College. His practice spans Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, and Marketing, with hands on experience across six internships through The BrandLab, where he contributed to both major in house companies and agency environments including General Mills, 3M, Blu Dot, Betty, Greater Twin Cities United Way, and Houston White.
Art has always been more than a skill for me it’s a way of grounding myself, finding meaning, and giving voice to communities often left out of the conversation. Whether I’m behind a camera, sketching concepts, or developing brand campaigns, I see creativity as a tool for connection and change. My work reflects both strategy and soul. Every photograph, design, and idea becomes a bridge between culture, heritage, and forward thinking storytelling. For me, creativity is not just about making it’s about representing, amplifying, and reimagining what is possible.

Prof. Insprio’s Creative Compass: The Courage to Finish
By Prof. Insprio
Everyone loves to start. Oh look, another “brilliant” idea scribbled in your notebook. Another half-written song. Another canvas that’s collecting dust in the corner. Congratulations—you’re great at beginning.
But let’s get real: beginnings are cheap. Anyone can daydream. The world isn’t waiting for your half-baked masterpiece. What matters is whether you can drag your project across the finish line, even when it’s ugly, even when you’re sick of it, even when the excitement’s dead and gone.
Finishing is hard because it’s terrifying. If you finish, someone might actually see it. They might not like it. You might not like it. But here’s the punchline: unfinished work is worthless. Nobody remembers “the thing you almost made.”
You want to stand out? Then grow a spine and finish. It doesn’t need to be flawless—it needs to be done. Slap the last brushstroke, export the track, hit publish. Call it finished, let it breathe, and move on. That’s how pros separate themselves from hobbyists: they don’t drown in ideas, they deliver.
So stop polishing the same corner of the same project forever. Stop hiding behind “it’s not ready yet.” Bzzt. Finish the damn thing. Then watch how much faster the next one comes.
