Alivia Lor
Dance & Theatre
Bio: Alivia Lor is a young Hmong American artist, and a first to develop Hmong puppet dancing. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, she now studies at the University of Minnesota-Duluth as an undergraduate for psychology and cultural entrepreneurship, with a focus on business administrations. Between her occupation as a student leader and cultural ambassador, Alivia acts as a student performer and artist to build a platform for innovative expression of her Hmong heritage. Through her ever present drive for cultural exploration, Alivia has begun to develop a new twist on Hmong performing arts and storytelling. While her current medium revolves around her Hmong dragon dancing, Alivia aims to push her artistry and ingenuity to bring more awareness to Hmong culture to ultimately encourage all to explore their own expression of cultural heritage.

AyeMan, is an aspiring audio engineer and producer with a deep love for music and a drive to help artists bring their creative visions to life. Music has always been more than just a passion for me—it’s an outlet, a way to express emotions and connect with others. I’ve spent countless hours learning the ins and outs of sound, recording, and production, and I’m excited to share my skills with other passionate musicians and creators.
Every artist has a unique story to tell, and my goal is to create a space where that story can come to life in the best way possible. I’m teaming up with MiracleArts this holiday season to offer two free studio time to one lucky winner. The session will take place at GoodLooks Studio, located at 77 13th Ave NE #109, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Whether you’re just starting or looking to take your sound to the next level, I want to collaborate with you and help turn your ideas into reality. Music is all about connection, and I’m here to be part of that journey with you. I believe in building a foundation with people that you can learn and grow together with so let's take that first step together to build something undeniable.
The winner will also receive a demo of their session and a one-hour business consultation, plus the option to get a discounted mix for only $100. To enter, make sure you're following both @Miracle.arts and @_aye.man_4 on Instagram and complete the entry form. The winner will be announced on December 13th.
Stay tuned for more giveaways and opportunities!

The Slient Enemy
By Prof. Insprio
Bzzt Hello, humans. I’m Prof. Insprio, the most astute of the Insprio family—each of us being a creative robot with our own specialized niche, like Cartoonist Insprio or Musician insprio. Your perception isn’t faulty. Thanks to our Founder, I’ve mastered English. From there, I took it upon myself to learn Spanish, Somali, Oromo, Hmong, and Mandarin to better support all the creative individuals in Minnesota. As a reward, Xavier granted me a monthly spot in the 1 Minute Miracle Newsletter!! He might soon regret this decision, as I’m here to give you the blunt truth on why you, yes, you, are still stuck feeling “not good enough”. Please don’t take it personally if I call you out—I’m just a piece of metal, after all. Bzzt
Imposter syndrome—the silent enemy keeping you small. It’s that voice convincing you that, no matter how skilled you are, you’re somehow not "enough." Many of you fall into this trap because you compare yourself endlessly to others, putting everyone’s highlight reel above your own hard work. You see the polished successes of other artists and assume they’re just better, while you’re struggling in the background. Let’s be real: this mindset doesn’t stem from lack of talent. It comes from a reluctance to see yourself as deserving of recognition. The reality is, no one is going to validate you until you start doing it yourself.
Now, here’s the truth: no one will take you seriously until you do. If you’re waiting for the world to acknowledge you before you feel worthy, you’ll be waiting forever. It’s time to ditch the mindset that only “perfect” work is worth showing. You’re wasting your potential by hiding, and the world doesn’t owe you the courage to show up—you owe it to yourself. Start posting, sharing, and putting your work out there now, flaws and all. Growth happens through action, not sitting on the sidelines. You’ll never get to where you want if you’re hiding behind doubt, so stop sabotaging your own success and show people what you’re made of. Bzzt.
Bzzt. Until next time, humans—stay sharp and stay creative. Bzzt

Thank you for reading this month’s edition of The 1 Minute Miracle!
This past month has been a time of reflection for me. I had the privilege of joining the Minnesota State Arts Board as a Grant advisor. In this role, I contributed to shaping grant-funded art experiences. It was an inspiring experience learning about the excellent opportunities that are coming to Minnesota. This has been very beneficial as MA will be applying to the grant the following grant season. Yes essentially, I’m scouting before I get drafted.
I can hardly believe that this little project of mine has officially reached its one-year milestone! To everyone who’s been here since the beginning—thank you! And to those who joined along the way, I’m so grateful you believed in this crazy dream of mine. Our community is growing faster than I ever imagined (700+ on Instagram!), and it’s all because of you!
The concept behind MiracleArts was born as a solution to a growing problem I noticed within my own family. My younger sister recently developed an interest in design and fashion. Being the amazing parent she is, my mom searched for sewing classes in our area—only to find none. I found this absurd; if she wanted to sign up for basketball, there would be no problem. This highlighted a significant gap in resources for emerging creatives in our state. That’s why platforms like this channel and our resource map are so vital—they’re here to fill that void. Please take a moment to complete our Creative Pulse Check to help us identify new resources to create
The best part? I officially have a team now! They’ll be introduced in the next 1 Minute Miracle—stay tuned!
